Andria Hendricks is a Partner at Geneva Search Partners with more than 20 years of experience leading executive searches across Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.

A cum laude graduate of Michigan State University, she earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She began her career in public accounting at Plante Moran and a predecessor firm to RSM. After successfully passing all four parts of the CPA exam, she transitioned into recruiting, where she built a strong reputation for connecting top talent with leading organizations.

With deep expertise supporting clients across financial services, real estate, and Fortune 500 organizations, Andria is highly skilled at assessing both technical capabilities and cultural fit, enabling clients to make confident hiring decisions. She is distinguished by her strong candidate preparation and interview coaching, as well as her ability to guide clients and candidates through complex hiring decisions. Over the course of her career, she has completed more than 1,000 successful placements.
